I designed this dress for Australian Smocking & Embroidery Magazine #91.  It was worn for the photo shoot only.  It is approximately a size 4.    It measures 28" long and 24" around the chest.  It comes with the matching hairband, not shown.  It buttons up the back with covered buttons and ties with a pink sash.  It is smocked with lemon slices and flowers and accented with seed beads.
